In a terminal, on the folder of the downloads, do "sudo dpkg -i sudo dpkg -i wine-lol-glibc_2.30-1_b" and "sudo dpkg -i wine-lol_4.17-2_b" the second probably will not install because of the dependencies, so now do "sudo apt -fix-broken install" or "sudo apt-get -f install" if you are on mint or older ubuntu.
